Grape varieties blend: Sangiovese 95%, Canaiolo 5%.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration are carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (25-30°C). Spontaneous malo-lactic fermentation is achieved in concrete tanks.
Maturation and refinement: The Gran Selezione is aged for 24 months in French oak Tonneaux (700 litres each) and then refined in bottles for a minimum of 3 months before its release.
Alcohol 13,86 %, Total acidity 5,34 g/l, Net dry extract 28,61 g/l

Colour: dark ruby red
Bouquet:a core cherry scent, with violet, tobacco and underbrush
Flavour: vivid and intense, ch erry and red berry fruits, elegant with a lon g finish
