Classification: I.G.T Colli della Toscana Centrale (Supertuscan), certified as: “produced with Organic grapes”.

Grape Varieties Blend: Sangiovese 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Merlot 20%

Vinification: Separate fermentation for each variety on controlled temperature (25° to 30° C) without ” governo”.

Maturation and Refinement: French Oak (Allier, Nevers, Tronçais, Vosges) 90% and American Oak (West Cumberland) 10% barriques, then long refinement in bottle (1 year).

Organoleptic Characteristics of the wine:

  • Colour:  Vivid elegant deep red;
  • BouquetViolet, cherry, red berry fruits, tobacco;
  • Flavour:  Cherry, raspberry, blueberry, tobacco, deep and soft tannins, well balanced in a firm and harmonious structure
